When lifting floorboards downstairs whilst doing a re-wire, I found a broken china mug/cup. This was in an area where the floorboards didn't look like they had ever been lifted since being first put down, so assume it is a mug from when the house was built in 1905 - possibly broken by one of the builders and left?
The mug isn't much to look at, almost looks homemade - any thoughts on if this looks like a mug from the period or something newer?
