Driveways

Hello Folks, long time no tapping the keys.
Hope your all well and okay
I know this question has nothing to do with PP's
But I could do with your help on this "one"
Has Anyone use Terram 1000 (geotextile) or similar for
gravel/tarmac driveways, and if so what's your opinion of the material?
Is it any good?
Or more to the point is it the right material to use?

I used to work in the construction industry, and Terram was widely used as a sub-base to create access tracks for heavy plant across difficult terrain.
If it's good enough for them....!

I agree, I just used it in a large temp Road for 75 ton dump trucks and if it is ok for them it is sure ok for your average family shopping cart!!!!!!

(amazing what we do to look after the Badgers!)

It's amazing that the badgers survived all those centuries before there was Terram, eh?!

We had the local Badger watch come and snoop around an ancient Roman ditch that I am trying to avoid filling with dirt.

A gang of the critters have camped out in the dam thing and have made me build a new road 100m across a field. The local council are having inter departmental wars over if the sett is still live!!! so here we sit and wait

just as well the council are on strike today as they obviously dont have anything better to do!!!!
