Draught proofing of casement windows in South East

Could anyone give me any recommendations of a company who would draught proof and renovate casement windows in the Reading area. We've recently moved into an Edwardian house and many of the windows are painted shut or jammed and others have large gaps around. So, I'm looking for a company to make them all work properly and then draught proof them.

I've had one quote already, but don't have anything to which to compare it - anyone got any recommendations?
