I know that house well. The "zero carbon house". Amazing, it took no energy to build!! The one really good thing about that house is that it is literally 10 yds from my favourite pub, the "Old Moseley Arms" It is old news though, maybe as much as 5 years old so I don't know why this has resurfaced now.

"No doorbell" not sure how that's going to work, unless you are standing in the hallway waiting for the BBC film crew to arrive. Other than that it seems quite nice.

Most important of all, can anyone please explain to me why the BBC (other TV stations are available and equally culpable) finds it necessary to pitch any and all programmes about property at the intellectual level of a retarded wombat? The presenters' vocabulary seems universally to consist of little other than, "Wow... funtustic... amaaayzing... etc." ad nauseam.
