It's one of two by the same guy. The other, in Walthamstow (E17) got demolished in 1936s.

I had enough trouble sorting out my guttering this week, too big a job for me to take on!
Could be so sweet though. And got loads of land around it.

Quite shocking how quickly an abandoned building can become completely derelict.
