Demolition has started on the redearth road area
still afew houses are still occupied
most of the property owners where made an offer for there property of around £40-50.000 most owner accepted the offers .the few remaining owners have had offers made 12-20.000 based on the current value .The area has been devalued by the bricking up of the window and doors of the surround propertys. why start compuslary purchasing the remaining property now !!
All of the propertys should have been compuslary purchased at the start for a price similar to other property in the area £65.000 !!
