I believe the Clear P1 Restoration glass from Tatra is cylinder, sourced from Poland. Price was certainly the keenest when I bought 80 panes for my casements.
Delivery was good - by UPS and all solidly wrapped. Not a single broken pane (until I dropped a few of them...).

Yes, I use Tatra P1
Small qauntities they pack in a wooden crate and send with a carrier but larger quantities or if you happen to be vaguely on route of their van they'll deliver themselves. Phone them and ask. Their price is about £80 per square metre. And it's the real thing.
