Hi,
just wondering if anyone has ordered from the above firm recently. I am sure it is all about holidays and things that I have not been able to get through, just looking for some reassurance. I have placed an order but have not been able to get in touch with them to find out when it may arrive. Seems to be the only site with everything that is needed for an older house.

Strangely, their website looks okay, but a google search shows them as 'permanently closed'. The last google reviewer, one year ago, says 'no longer trading from this site, local shops say they might be trading from home'. Doesn't sound great !

Thanks for the replies, I did think the shop had closed, but also thought they were still trading, but without the shop. I did use the credit card, so shouldn't have lost anything. More annoyed if a company is still taking orders and accepting cash and sending emails to say order received.
Of course, I maybe jumping the gun and all may come right. Will phone again.

Also the copyright notice at the bottom of some pages says 2019 so it does look as though they are probably just on holiday!

An update, still no items delivered, I am still hopeful. The son has sent an email to say he is trying to run the business as well as work, so things are obviously difficult. But still not received the goods. As I say always optimistic.

Seems there website is now down too and points to JDR Group, whom im assuming used to host the site for them.

My optimism paid off and I apologise for not writing on here sooner. I am pleased to report I have received my tap up-stand and bolt.
I hope things sort themselves out for this amazing company, I don't think there is any other company that is the same as Cox's Architectural. A sad loss.
