Hi, I'm at the tail end of a huge renovation/restoration/extension of our thatched farmhouse in South Devon, and coming up to internal plastering.
I have written off solid insulation on the internal walls as they are very wonky, which I would like to keep that way, and will likely apply layers of an insulating lime plaster.
I have bags of NHL 3.5, and ton bags of sand to use up, so I'd rather not buy proprietary branded 'insulating product', and hope to just buy cork granules and add to the mix.
Does anybody have any idea or experience in what ratio I add cork? In lieu of sand?
I'm sure there are people out there that have done this!
