Conservation Area Status at last!!!!!

I posted a while back about the corruption and intimidation that had delayed my village gaining Conservation Area Status for 30 years. At last we have it! The Shenington and Alkerton appraisal is available here:

The document is so big it's been split into two parts!

It was very disappointing to witness our local District Councillor speaking strongly against designation at the Executive Committee meeting!
