From the BBC article, it claims to be "quite possibly the smallest house", yet from the estate agents photos - 2 doors down looks exactly the same

I think I came across a Tardis today that didn't look like a police box. I turned up at the garage in my car and was given a VW Up! (yes, it does have an exclamation mark) as a courtesy car which is amazingly roomy on the inside considering how tiny it is on the outside.
