Hi
New to this, but having looked through a few threads I am sure there are plenty of you out there who will give me an honest opinion.
Have been removing gypsum plaster (and associated layers of paper, paint etc) from internal walls of a clay-lump gable end. We are now looking to replace with lime plaster as recommended except...
I've seen a few bits and pieces about clay board - "a practical alternative to gypsum that combines all the advantages of drywall construction" - according to the blurb i can then finish with a clay skim finish. Anyone used this, got a comment. In a small house with three youngsters it might just make a potentially messy job somewhat easier to complete.
