Top tip for anyone replacing their guttering - the Saint Gobain (was Sinclair) foundry is close to where I live, I got chatting to someone who works there. "Don't bother with the website" says he, "use a merchant".
And he's not wrong - Travis Perkins have come back at a smidgeon over half the price of ordering direct through their website. http://www.classicalrainwater.co.uk is the website. This makes them a lot cheaper than Tuscan, for what I wanted at least. I sent a fax round 5 merchants to get a quote, those that responded all came back at well under the price of ordering direct.
Thanks to MattJ who suggested the jointing tape that Tuscan sell - I ordered a roll, looks to be good stuff. Saint Gobain do a jointing kit with a rubber seal which someone else on here recommended - but you can only use it on half round, some of my gutters are ogee.
