Cambridge street lights

Whilst watching Look East this evening I was highly amused to see the Residents of a delightful street, lined with Victorian Houses, saying that the lovely old street lamps should remain and not be replaced as they fit the street scene, which they do, BUT most of the houses had replacement placcy windows and doors :shock: Tee hee--such is the vagaries of planning and conservation!
Other than that it is a pretty street and seemed to be free ofparked cars.
