Buildings & Contents Insurance

Just thought you folks would like to know that Greenbee (New Finance Services for John Lewis) are offering unlimited cover for both Buildings and Contents at reasonable prices. They don't appear to object or set restrictions for listed properties either.

I have no connection with JL but thought you'd like to know as insurance issues sometimes crop up here.

Thanks for that - the costs of our buildings insurance are such that I reckon if I'd put the premiums in the bank it would have covered the rebuild costs by now!

I have just taken their policy, so we will see.

Have to say though that our previous provider offered unlimited as well.

Also, I am rather sceptical about the reality of unlimited cover when put to the test.... trade skills and materials of a standard appropriate to listed buildings are very expensive.
