Hope no one is offended by the question, but does anyone know any other good building/refurb type discussion board? Would be good to get feedback across new and 'period' sites, if you know what I mean...

Quite a number of the regulars here also appear on the Green Building Forum. DIYnot is also quite interesting.

As with any of these forums (except PPUK, of course) take the advice with a healthy dose of scepticism and triangulate the info before doing anything too drastic!
