Building Regs

Can anybody help??

We are filling out building regs application BC01A for the rewire, new windows and doors etc

there are 2 charges referred to on form relating to windows. the first is fee for changing multiple windows and installer not being part of FENSA scheme - which is straightforward enough. Then it refers to a regularisation fee for replacing multiple windows.

What is a regularisation fee ? And do we have to pay both fees?

OH is getting v cross with form!! (Boys, chuhh!)
