buckle clips(for twin & earth cable)

Just wondering if anyone knows where i can buy the old fashioned buckle clips for twin and earth lighting cable, as they are much neater and in keeping with old properties.Have asked in many old fashioned hardwear stores, to no avail!Thanks

Does anyone know how to remove them from an old beam? We have removed the DIY cabling, but the remaining buckle is weaker than the nail, so pulling with a pair of pliers just leaves a small piece of metal, too weak to take the pressure of a claw hammer but sufficient to prevent the nail head from being accessed.
