Brick Flooring - help!!!

I'm trying to find 'thin' brick flooring that I can lay in my hallway to look like 'pavers' as we do not have enough ceiling height to use whole bricks. All the suppliers I can find are in the USA. Does anyone know of a Uk source? All help appreciated!!!!!

Hi Housemouse,

I used reclaimed bricks which were then sawn in half.

I used Solopark Reclamation Yard near Cambridge.

Brick slips are sold for cladding concrete etc but theyre pricey and I'm not sure if theyre strong enough to walk on.

Would 6inch square by 1.5 inch high red clay tiles be any good? I may have 100 or so for sale but I'd have to check.

They were originally removed from a cellar from a 1800's house.
