Best exterior paint for stone sills?

Any recommendations for paint for stone sills? We've removed most of the old flaking paint, layers and layers of the stuff.

Would like something that doesn't flake if that's possible? Read about minerals paints(beeckosil) but understand it's not so great on horizontal surfaces.

Can't think why mineral paints as from Beeck would not do well horizontally. I'd say they are what you're looking for.

I'd start with an alkali-resisting primer
