Bedec paints

Has anyone had trouble with Bedec paint colours?
I ordered a tin of MSP in Soft Thyme via Brewers.
When I opened it and stired it for 5 minutes it didn't look the right shade of green but thought it may dry darker.
It didn't!
It was more Green Haze which is a lighter green.

Contacted Bedec thinking that is where it came from and they said Brewers would have tinted it but would send me a tin from their stock.
Tin arrived today, but despite the label saying Soft Thyme it was actually the same colour as Brewers sent.

Am I doing something wrong? It's going onto bare wood.

Two tins from different sources are both the same colour, so nothing wrong with the paint.

What seems to be the problem is that the colour does not match your reference swatch?

How different is the shade if you cut out the relevant bit from the colour card and hold it against the actual paint? Bright white card borders can make the 'sample' look darker...

I am assuming it's a physical swatch you used rather than something you saw online
