For anyone who can make it, don't miss the Bath Christmas Market. I went a couple of years ago and thought it terrific. It's held in the heart of Bath, surrounded by wonderful historic buildings, including the Abbey and Pump Rooms.
There's a prog of entertainment daily too. I have booked a couple of days away this year (to see that and the Euan Uglow exhibish at the Holborne Museum) and by Christmas I may be all Bah! Humbug! as usual but at least I wll have had an excuse to see Bath again.
And while in Bath, I recommend the Building of Bath Museum for any period property owner - fascinating stuff, particlularly the glass and sash window display.
