I found these articles extremely interesting and look forward to seeing Ashtav begin to influence the way Market Towns think and operate.

She might wish to reconsider the choice of her portrait photograph on the site. And she can banish the bl**dy irritating sound effects and wallpaper music as soon as she likes.

Trivial points, I know, but a website is many people's first impression of an organisation.

It was the second attempt at a portrait - I liked this one, it's what she looks like, but it's her expertise and experience I suspect she was appointed for, (had she been a bloke would you have commented? What about that pic of Prof Airs then? And the rest of the committee?) and the muzak can be turned off. Button at bottom left. Not that she has any control over the website I suspect.

Usefully informative I found, more so than many.

Of course I would. Not everyone has gender issues. The photograph looks distorted and gives no impression of a person "in charge" and inspiring confidence.

I honestly doubt most of the world will care. I certainly don't.

That one of Prof Airs looks a bit out of focus, the ones of the committee are clearly there for recognition purposes only.

Useful information on the site, and I hope that more small towns and villages will join to network and use the expertise on offer to help with planning and other related issues where information and expertise are not always easy to tap.

The Oxford fellowship sounds interesting too.
