I just can't get on with them - I've persisted, but I still find an ordinary flat paintbrush a lot easier!
Others on here swear by the Holkham brushes (Biff I think?) but they're just not for me. I don't want to throw them away as it seems a terrible waste and they're damn expensive, so if anyone wants a small, medium and large brush for their linseed paint PM me your details and I'll post them to you. They're not in A1 condition, I did leave them wrapped in clingfilm for a few days too many after one paint job. They may benefit from one of the metal rings being removed and one of the cork centres pulled out (see link below to show what that means!)
