We've used the Earthborn clay paint and old eggshell several times and liked them. But there is now new-style eggshell with a separate primer (you used to use thinned down eggshell as the primer before).
Followed the advice on the tin - primer, 1st coat eggshell, light sand, 2nd coat eggshell. The primer was fine. The first coat of primer seemed fine. Sanded and then wiped to remove dust. The eggshell came off on the cloth. Painted again. Didn't sand or wipe. 2nd coat. Waited a week. Wiped. Paint came off.
I rang and emailed Earthborn several times to discuss. Normally they are very helpful but there have been vague promises of a call back from the technical team and then silence.
Wondering if it's just us, or if anyone else was having problems - or had any advice?
