Any experience of this 'holistic' DP co?

The battle with the post-flood insurance continues - I won't say more on it just yet as I already have high blood pressure and don't want the top of my head to come off - but I spotted this company http://www.ukdamp.co.uk/index.php who claim to eschew the tactics of modern DP companies. Reading through their various pages sounds like they might be worth a punt, but I'd be glad to know if anyone's got knowledge of them, or if they otherwise sound promising?
