For as long as I can remember (25 years), it's been in a very sorry state, with the owners seemingly doing the bare minimum to keep it "going". It's actually on the "buildings at risk" register. No idea how the owners get away with it to be entirely honest!
Anyway, in the early hours of Saturday morning (16/5/15), a fire ripped through the oldest part of the hall, destroying timber floors and roof structure.
