The Oak timers [ :x ] in this auction can be seen in attached pictures. They previosley [ :x ] formed a timber floor within a property I am renovating. The overall length of the center beam is 17 foot. As you can see this is made from a 14 foot and 3 foot section traditionally joined together. The attached joists provide a 10.5 foot span in total. As can be seen these have traditional joints into the center beam.

RENOVATING??!!

Wrecking might seem a more appropriate word! :evil: :evil: :evil:

We never got to the bottom of what happened with that entire timber-framed house near Newmarket that was being sold for its materials on ebay a few years back.
