3/8" offset cabinet hinge??

I'm in the process of restoring a small 1950s cabinet and looking for this type of hinge:

Seems very easy to get hold of in the US but i cant find anything in the UK...surely these are available...i'm wondering if they're called something different. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction?

Deco hinges like that, nice things but I've never seen.
I'd be thinking to file a pair of brass backflap hinges to shape, then crank them with this.
