Hi
Following on from my woodworm post, we have now completed the purchase of the cottage, and the hard work starts here.
This forum have proven to be a great resource so far and I hope to try and contribute as much as I gain from reading here.

The cottage hasnt been decorated since the 60's it seems most original parts of the decor have long one however underneath all that wooden cladding are some original doors, frames etc. Unfortunatly the rot has taken its toll and I dont think we are going to be able to salvage much of it.
