It looks as though our homes are not going to be boring old listed buildings for much longer.
According to my newspaper this morning, be they ever so humble we are going to be living in Heritage Assets from now on.

Should I invest in a new set of dusters?

I think if you are going to be buffing your assets in the public eye, you would want new dusters.

I seem to recall that Moo's front window cills are so high above the pavement you'd need to be a stilt-walker to see.

I hardly think a Harrods receipt counts as litter. One pastes it into the family scrapbook, doesn't one?

We do get stuff on our (outside) windowsills, though.
Half-empty lager cans; discarded McDonalds meal trays; (once only) a pleasant little china mug half-full of what looked like drinking chocolate.

You can tell that we get a better class of litter lout in our street. No chucking things on the pavement willy-nilly - they put things tidily on windowsills and doorsteps.
