Hi All,
I have a few internal stone and brick areas I would like to point up with lime. I am trying to achieve the look and texture of the below photos (first four). I'm mixing lime mortar with yellow builders sand (unwashed) and water. Ratio 3 to 4 parts sand, 1 part lime. But it's coming out very grey (last photo below). I think it will dry lighter butI is still going to look grey rather than the creamy beige I am trying to achieve.
(My first attempt at pointing; hopefully practice will improve it...!)
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks
